Source: Derived from a nosode prepared from sterilized cultures of Mycobacterium tuberculosis or. tuberculous tissue, processed through trituration and serial dilution to enhance therapeutic action. while eliminating material pathogenicity, in accordance with homeopathic pharmacopeia standards. Traditional Context: Historically employed in homeopathy for  constitutional, respiratory, and. immunological disorders, particularly those involving chronic ailments, tubercular tendencies, and. restlessness. It is noted for symptoms such as wandering pains, night sweats, and aggravation from. cold, often worsened by cold, dampness, or confinement, and ameliorated by open air, motion, or. warmth. Modern  Context:  Indicated  for  constitutional  conditions (e.g.,  chronic  fatigue  syndrome,. fibromyalgia),  respiratory  conditions (e.g.,  chronic  bronchitis,  asthma),  immunological. conditions (e.g., recurrent infections, autoimmune disorders), and psychological conditions (e.g.,. attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders). It suits patients with chronic symptoms. characterized  by  wandering  pains,  night  sweats,  chronic  fatigue,  restlessness,  or  immune. dysregulation, typically exacerbated by cold, dampness, confinement, or stress, and often seen in. individuals with dynamic, tubercular constitutions. The remedy is particularly relevant for those. with  constitutional  or  respiratory  conditions,  often  presenting  with  symptoms  like  fatigue  or. recurrent  infections,  commonly  observed  in  patients  with  chronic  fatigue  syndrome,  chronic. bronchitis, or anxiety disorders triggered by cold, dampness, or emotional stress.

- Rales and moist crepitation, dullness, exaggeration of the thoracic vibration, expectoration, fever, perspiration,
