## Keynote Indications
Spira, has been used for milk-flow in nursing women, lumbago and rheumatism. Pulsations 
in arteries over whole body. Acidity and burning in esopha gus with eructation. Colic with drowsine ss and 
spasmodic yawning. Appears intoxicated. Lies on left side rather than right.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better lying on left side, on back. Worse by touch, stooping. Worse bending or raising arm, raising 
breast. Rheumatism of shoulders worse when bending over. Laughing causes heat in lower abdomen.

action of this drug begins with decided symptoms of inflammation of the eyes, chin, chest, which become red 
and hot, the whole skin is dry and hot, the hands are burning, the limbs of the feet are cold most of the time, 
there is a sensation of oppression and heat with palpitation and a desire to uncover.
