Traditional  Context:  Historically  employed  in  homeopathy  for  respiratory,  ocular,  and. neurological disorders , particularly those involving chronic cough, eye irritation, and nervous. irritability.  It  is  noted  for  symptoms  such  as  dry,  hacking  cough,  burning  in  the  chest,  and. aggravation from cold, often worsened by cold air, lying down, or pressure, and ameliorated by. warmth, motion, or open air.
