## Keynote Indications
Pareir. affects the genitourinary organs and the left side. It is useful in kidney colic, prostatic 
disorders and catarrh of bladder. Cartilaginous indura tion of mucus membranes of the urethra and bladder. 
Sensation as if bladder were distended with pain. 
Kidney colic, enlarged prostate with retention of urine and catarrh of the bladder. Dysuria. Constant urging to 
urinate, violent pain in the glans penis and down the thighs during efforts of urination, must get on knees and 
hands pressing head firmly to the floor to urinate. Urine contains thick, stringy, white  
Pareira brava mucus or red sand.

## Symptoms by System

### Chest
- Viscous matter lodged in and obstructing bronchi.

### Urinary & Genital
- Urethritis with prostatic disorders.
- Enlargement of prostate glands with retention of urine, pains 
extending down thighs.
- Severe pain when urinatin g and discharge of mucus from urethra.
