## Remedy Classification

- **Temperament:** Chilly
- **Aggravation Time:** Morning

## Keynote Indications
Although certain oxalates are constant constituents of veget able food and of the human
body, the acid itself is a violent poison when taken internally, produc ing gastro -enteritis, motor paralysis,

collapse, stupor and death.
If Op. is the painless remedy, Ox-ac. may be considered its antithesis. It causes the most excruciating pains
beyond description, which are all worse when the patient thinks of them.
Thinking of pains and conditions will bring them on when they are not actually present. Symptoms are worse
by touch (small spots on head), slightest touch causes excruciating pain. Worse motion andthink- ing of
pains.
Neuralgias. Excruciating pains like light ning in streaks, burning in spots. Violent pains in spots (Kali-bi.).
Rheumatism of left side. Periodical disorders. Periodical remissions.
Neurasthenia. Weak, cold, livid and numb all over, worse lower limbs. Influences the spinal cord and produces
motor
Oxalicum acidum
paralysis. Paralysis of the left side from spinal meningitis.
Spasmodic symptoms of throat and chest. Angina pectoris, sharp, sharp pain in left lung coming on
suddenly, depriving of breath. Tuberculosis. Severe back and kidney pains. Kidney stones.
After eating pains at navel, colic, rumbling in abdomen, urging to stool, weakness. Pain in stomach, better from
eating. Gnawing in stomach better from soup. Cannot eat strawberries, severe allergies. Sugar, coffee and
wine disagree. Worse from shaving.
