## Keynote Indications
Allen, in his Handbook, gives a full pathogenesis of Magn-gr. Rheumatism and heart lesions 
are prominent features in the symptomatology of this drug. 
Alternating pains between spleen and heart. Erratic shifting of pains. Pains rapidly change their place or 
alternate. Rheumatic action, particularly manifested in the chest and heart. Stiffness and soreness. Bruised, 
constrictive and rheumatic pains in various parts, particularly the joints. 
Patient tired and stiff. Tiredness impeding motion. Soreness when quiet. Marked action was develope d in the 
female sexual sphere and an inter-menstrual flow was observed.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better dry weather, motion. Better inter -menstrual flow (Ham., Bov., Bell., Elaps.). Worse damp 
air, in morning, lying on left side.
