## Keynote Indications
Lamium was proved by Hahnemann and others, including Stapf. Affin ity for female and 
urinary organs. Sensation in urethra as though a drop of water were flowing through it. Hemoptysis. Hemor-
rhoids and hard stool with blood. 
Menses appeared too early and were scanty. Much leucorrhea with biting sensation or without sensation, white 
mucus. 
“Deep-in”headache (Bac.), tightness of scalp and a backward and forward motion of the head. Headache 
with backward and forward motion of head. 
Much uneasiness of mind and body, trembling of limbs, weakness during the chill. Tearing and drawing in the 
limbs. Blisters on heel from slight rubbing. Ulcers on heel (All-c.).

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better on rising, sitting. Worse while lying down in bed, in morning, rising from stooping. Worse 
in open air, drinking, eating. 
COMMENTS - Farrington said, “Lamium has been recommended for external hemorrhoids. ‘Hardstool with 
blood' is the nearest symptom bearing on this.”
