Firstly, all their excretions and discharges are burning\nand corrosive in nature, which is very irritative .  The second\nsymptom is that there is  a feeling of pulsation all over the body as in\nCactus but there is no associated  pain or convulsions.  The third\nsymptom is frequent bleeding .  The slightest pressure leads to\nbleeding.  The swollen eye bleeds as soon as it is touched by the\nphysician.  If this condition affects the uterus, women suffer from\nconstant bleed.  Bleeding continues even after the menstrual period.\nA light needle prick causes the ou tpouring of blood.  Sometimes, the\ntears are also mixed with blood.  Bl eeding frequently due to trivial\ncauses, and the tendency to spontaneous bleeding from any part of the\nbody, are the typical signs of Kreosotum.  The gums recede from the\nteeth.  The gums bleed even on cl eaning the teeth by hand.  Mostly,\nthe blood is of red colour, but it may sometimes be darkish in colour.\nThe angles of the mouth are peeled .  Dry and fissured lips are typical\nof Kreosotum.  The margins of the nose are abrased and injured.  This\nis usually seen in bad catarrh and is a definite feature of Kreosotum.\nThere is a tendency of frequent bleeding from the orifices like nose,\neyes, kidneys and uterus.\n\nIn Kreosotum, like Chamomilla, the patient is of a hot temper  and\neasily enraged.  The Chamomilla patient is furious by nature, however\nin Kreosotum, the condition is short-lived.  The patient becomes\nirritable due to the severity of th e illness therefore the symptoms like\nthat of Chamomilla become apparent.  Whether he is sick or healthy\nChamomilla patient is always irritable and bad tempered.\n\nIn Kreosotum, the affected area becomes raw and burns due to\nbleeding.  Once the discharges become dark in colour, they start\nsmelling. Kreosotum is the best remedy for children\u2019s bedwetting.\nThe urgency to pass urine is so severe  that the patient may not be able\nto reach the bathroom.  The use of Kreosotum over a period of time\nwill gradually decrease the urgency.  The patient will be able to regain\ncontrol.  Pertaining to the st omach, there is a tendency towards\nacidity, nausea and vomiting .  The vomited material causes burning\nand irritation in the throat.  The taste in the mouth becomes bitter after\ndrinking water.  The stomachache is relieved on eating something.  It\nis followed by vomiting.  Hot food makes the patient feel better, while\ncold food aggravates the discomfo rt.  The stomach feels tense and\ncold.\n\nKreosotum is also of used in preventing against the tendency to\ndevelop cancer.  It offers significant relief when given with Conium in\nthe early stage of cancer of the stomach .  Once the symptoms of\nKreosotum become evident it must be started immediately, otherwise,\nonce the cancer has set in, it is im possible to control it.  Appropriate\ntreatment can make the patient so mewhat more comfortable but does\nnot cure him of the cancer.  It makes the life of the patient comfortable\nto the limit destined by God.  Some physicians say that the proper\ntreatment may add years to the patient\u2019s life.  We know that we cannot\nprolong anyone\u2019s life.  However, he may be permitted to live as much\nas possible, limited by the final time decreed by Allah, the Almighty.\nThis is the gist of the philosophy of sickness and cure.  Sickness\nshortens the life span of a person, wh ile health prolongs it to the limit\ndestined by God.\n\nThe patient of Kreosotum al so suffers from summer diarrhoea in\nseverely hot weather.  Similarl y, Kreosotum has the capability to\ncompletely cure diabetes. Kreosotum is extremely useful in the\ntreatment of teething problems in children, especially when the teeth\nbecome dark coloured or tend to decay and rot with the formation of\ncavities, and if the gums become black.  Then Kreosotum proves\ncurative.  In Kreosotum, there is a deposit of white crust over the\ntongue.  The lips are red and tend to bleed.  The taste is bitter.
