## Keynote Indications
Excited, as if intoxicated in the evening in bed and a feeling as if the head were floating in 
the air, or as if flying . Sharp pains in the forehead (Jug -c. in the occiput). Muscles relaxed. Prominent skin 
eruptions. Exhaustion and disinclination for the usual business.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Worse by motion. Worse after fat food, evening, at 9 p.m. and after 9 p.m. Migraine worse by 
speaking. Pain in abdomen worse by laughing. Warmth of bed aggravates toothache. Itching, worse at night. 
Rash aggravated by undressing, washing.

- Confused, feels as if head were floating in air.

- Kidneys - Frequent desire to pass water from loss of tone of sphincter.

### Eyes
- Burning in eyes.

### Ears
- Aching and fullness in right, then left ear, followed by a discharge of pus from both ears.

ear, then redness and swelling.
- External ear inflamed, with painful sores.

of children.

### Face
- Swelling of left cheek and upper lip.

### Mouth
- Tongue coated white in morning with bitter, slimy taste.
- Salivation.
- Tearing in hollow teeth, worse 
warmth of bed.

### Throat
- Aphonia or great hoarseness.
- Hawking of much mucus.
- COMMENTS - Severe flatulence and bloating of the abdomen.
- Affects the spleen more than the liver (opposite 
of Jug -c.).
- Diarrhea and many rectal and anal symptoms.
- Hemorrhagic, blackandclottedblood (Jug -c., 
Cary.),particularly uterine hemorrhages.
- Inflammation and ulceration in the male sexual organs.
- Pronounced skin symptoms.
- Scrofula.
- Scabs on the arms and in axilla.
- Symptoms go from the right axilla to 
the left.
- Farrington said Jug-r.
- is one of the best remedies in “tinea favosa, especially in the scalp behind the ear, itching 
is intense at night so that the patient has difficulty in sleeping.” 
Clotar Miiller, who experienced the axillary skin symptoms in his own person, had never suffered from a skin 
affection before.
- One of the provers was cured of an itching eruption of the legs from which he had suffered in 
winter for four years, the itching commencing as soon as he began to undress.
- Many of the symptoms closely resembled syphilis and the affection of the cheek in one of the provers was 
actually diagnosed as syphilitic by a doctor who saw him in Miiller's absence.
- The left side of head, face and 
abdomen were mostly affected.
- Axillary symptoms proceed from right to left.
- In one case, a nurse poisoned her left arm some years before from septic and possibly syphilitic cause, 
 
 
inflammation of 
Jugions regia the axillary glands ensued, first of the left then of the right, leaving an eczematous itching 
condition.
- The glands of the groin also became affected.

- 200c relieved the bulk of the conditions, but there was still a little irritation occasionally in the axilla and 
Jug-r.
- 2c three times a day was given.
- Five days after beginning the Jug-r., an eruption of minute vesicles appeared on her back, itching a great deal.
- It extended up the center of her back from sacrum to mid-dorsal region, spreading out below, tapering above.
- She had scratched holes in two places.
- The rash was worse after washing.
- All soreness and irritation had gone from the arms and axilla.
- The rash 
was antidoted with Rhus-t.
- 2c.
- She had no more trouble with her glands.
- Muller observed, “In the digestive organs it causes derangement and irritation, which simultaneously call forth 
abnormal symptoms in other organs, especially in the head.
- After this action, which is brief, appear various 
exanthematous symptoms, which appear late and run a chronic course.”

### Chest
- Oppression.
- Sticking in lungs not dependent on motion or respiration.
- Itch ing on the sternum.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Fullness and bloated of the stomach.
- Burning in stomach.
- Hiccough more violent after eating.
- Belchings are violent, frequent, loud, tasting as after eat ing fat.
- Nausea at 6 a.m.
- and after supper.
- Vomiting, 
woke suddenly vomited food eaten four hours before, then slept without further trouble.
- Fullness, bloated, tension and heaviness in the abdomen.
- Pain in epigastric region with distention 
of abdomen.
- Drawing with pressure in region of spleen.
- Pain above umbilicus.
- Unusually great appetite without increase of thirst.
- Thirstlessness while eating and aversion to wine.
- Appetite lost.
- Thirst increased.
- Aversion to tobacco smoking in the evening.

### Urinary & Genital
- Frequent erections day and night.
- Burning in penis after sex.
- Menses preceded by pressive drawing pains in the abdomen, worse by motion, accompanied with 
general exhaustion and loss of appetite.
- Menstruation early, too profuse, discharge of a large quantity of black, 
pitch-like clots.

### Extremities
- Drawing pain, as if sprained.
- Paralyzed feeling in legs and knees with weakness.
- Sticking and itching 
in right leg and right fingers.

### Neck & Back
- Stitches in sacral region.
- Violent stitches in the small of the back, causing one to tremble.

### Skin
- Comedones and acne of the face.
- Itching and eruptions of small red pustules.
- Pimples on face, red 
pimples on face, neck, shoulders and back.
- Scalp red and 
itches violently at night.
- Crusta lactea with soreness around ears.
- Chancre-like ulcer.
- Axillary glands suppurate.

### Sleep
- Yawning in afternoon with stretch ing.
- Sleepiness.
- Inability to sleep after dinner, though inclined to do 
so earlier than usual.
- Restless sleep with frightful dreams.
