Leprosy progresses very slowly.  The\ndisease does not spread immediately but it slowly flourishes in the\nblood.  Only after long close contact, the disease can transfer from the\npatient to another person.  On notic ing early signs of leprosy of the\nskin, the patient should be immediat ely treated with Hydrocotyle.\nOnce the disease has well advanced and the affected areas have\nbecome riddled with deep sores and ulcers, it is too late for\nHydrocotyle to work.  I have used  Hydrocotyle to treat many patients\nand by the grace of God, I have al ways found it very effective.\nSometimes, the disease was fully eradicated, while at other times, the\ndisease was rendered very mild.\n\nLupus is another skin disease, which along with leprosy is thought to\nbe incurable.  Lupus appears in seve ral different forms.  In addition to\nthe formation of blisters or sores and itching, in Lupus the skin starts\nto become tense and then shrinks.  There is a lot of pain and anguish.\nHydrocotyle is very useful against this disease also.  Hydrocotyle has\nbeen found to be effective agains t the common itch without formation\nof swellings on the skin  or the appearance of  pimples and wounds.\nSimilarly, another drug, Dolichos, is also very effective for the\ntreatment of a dry, obstinate type of itch.\n\nIf the skin becomes thick and scaly like that of a fish, this is the\nsymptom of Psoriasis.  These symp toms should not be confused with\nleprosy.  Instead the patient should be  treated for Psoria sis.  Psoriasis\nrequires a lengthy, careful treatment w ith very deep ac ting medicines.\nThere is another skin disease sim ilar to Lupus, in which fish-like\nscales start to appear, when the patient should be given Psorinum 1000\nor Arsenic 1000.  The basic difference between Psorinum and Arsenic\nis that in Psorinum, the discharges  have a strong bad smell.  If an\noffensive smell comes from the mo uth, armpits and feet , without\nany obvious underlying disease, for this problem Rhus Glabra in\npotency 6X is very effective.  I have also used it in homoeopathic\npotency 6 and found it quite useful.\n\nHydrocotyle is very useful in Psoriasis also.  If the Psoriasis is more\nprominent on the palms of the hands a nd the soles of the feet, for that\nalso, Hydrocotyle should be used.  Even if the itching on the palms of\nthe hands and soles of the feet is no t due to Psoriasis, Hydrocotyle is\nstill useful against this type of itch.\n\nAnother extremely dange rous disease is the cancer of the cervix of\nthe uterus.  The detailed account is given under Helonias and Carbo\nAnimalis.  According to cancer expert s, there is no cure for this.  The\ndisease can recur even after the su rgical removal of the uterus.\nHydrocotyle is extremely useful in alleviating the pain due to this\ncancer but it does not offer complete  cure.
