## Keynote Indications
Source:  Derived  from  Hepar  sulphuris  calcareum,  a  compound  prepared  by  heating  calcium. carbonate  (from  oyster  shells)  with  sulphur,  followed  by  serial  dilution  and  succussion  for. homeopathic use to eliminate toxicity and enhance therapeutic action. Traditional  Context:  Historically  employed  in  homeopathy  for  respiratory,  dermatological,. musculoskeletal, psychological, and systemic disorders , particularly those involving suppurative. infections, hypersensitivity, and irritability. It is noted for symptoms such as painful abscesses, sore. throats, extreme sensitivity to cold, and violent irritability, often aggravated by cold, touch, or slight. pain, and ameliorated by warmth, wrapping up, or moist heat. Modern  Context :  Indicated  for  respiratory  conditions  (e.g.,  tonsillitis,  bronchitis),. dermatological conditions  (e.g., abscesses, acne),  musculoskeletal conditions  (e.g., joint pain,. periostitis),  psychological conditions  (e.g., irritability, anxiety), and  systemic conditions  (e.g.,. fever,  hypersensitivity).  It  suits  patients  with  acute  or  chronic  symptoms  characterized  by. suppurative inflammation ,  extreme sensitivity ,  chilliness, or  anger, typically exacerbated by. cold, touch, or slight stimuli, and often seen in individuals with recurrent infections, chronic skin. disorders, or stress-related irritability. The remedy is particularly relevant for those with a chilly,. hypersensitive constitution, often presenting with physical symptoms like purulent discharges or. sharp pains alongside psychological symptoms like impatience or rage, commonly observed in. patients with recurrent tonsillitis, furunculosis, or adjustment disorder triggered by environmental or. sensory stressors.

Teste added that the sensitiveness is not confined to touch.

can't bear the least draft and if a hand accidentally gets outside the bedclothes it brings on an aggravation.
