## Keynote Indications
Helonias has an extensive range of action, as its provings show, but it predominantly affects 
the uterus. One of the keynote indications for its use is a “consciousness of the womb.” Relaxation of the 
uterine ligaments, misplacements and prolapse (Sep.). Exhaustion from the least mental or physical exertion.  
Emaciation or chronic fatigue since childbirth (Sep., Caul.), or multiple abor tions ormiscarriages. Tendency 
toprolapse and other malposition of the womb,  from uterineatony. Uterine reflexes. Dropsy after uterine 
hemorrhage. 
Toxemia of pregnancy with great fatigue. Premenstrual syndrome with fatigue, swol len breasts, and 
metrorrhagia. Suppressed menses. Congested kidneys, as if the monthly congestion, instead of venting itself 
through the uterine vessels, had extended to the kidneys. 
Bearing down pain, and chronic vaginal infections since childbirth. Sensation of weakness, dragging in the 
sacrum and pelvis with great languor and prostration. 
Tired backaches in females. Constant ach ing and tenderness over kidneys. Muscles, heavy, sore, aching, 
burning. Sleepless, with a worn out feeling. Diabetes mellitus and insipidus. Anemia.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better if busy. Better from diversion. Better holding abdomen.  Worse from fatigue. Worse 
pregnancy. Worse stooping. Worse motion. Worse touch, pressure of clothes. Worse pressure on breasts, 
nipples or kidneys.

### Face

- Constitutions - Suited to nervous, run -down females, easily fatigued by any work, who complain of a tired 
backache, a tired feeling extending into the limbs.

- Kidneys - Burning sensation at the kidneys.
- Constant aching, extreme tenderness of kidneys.
- Dull ache and 
heat in region of the kidneys instead of menses.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Cramp-like pain in the stomach.

- Flushes of heat pass over him with every move ment while in a room.
- Chills, seemingly radiating from solar plexus all over body, caused by motion of arms.
