## Keynote Indications
Euph. is an irritant to the skin and mucus membranes, causing much secretion with a sense 
of dryness. Terrible burning pains, as if a live coal were on or in the part.  Burning pain in bones. Burning 
pain in internal parts. Burning pains of cancer. 
Pains in limbs and paralytic weakness in joints. Rheumatic pains of a tearing, pressing, and stinging character, 
but only during rest. 
Slow inflammations. Blisters. Gangrene of old persons. Everything appears larger than it really is. Convulsions 
with loss of consciousness. Congestion of blood to head.

Better from application of oil. Better cold application. Better motion. Worse from sitting. Worse

### Skin
- Erysipelatous inflammation, especially of the cheek.
- Biting, stinging, red, swollen.
- Vesicular erysipelas.
- Pustules, vesicles filled with yellow lymph or liquid.

- Old, torpid, indolent ulcers with biting, sharp 
pain.
- Gangrene (Echi., Sec.).
- Ulcerating carcinoma and epithelioma of the skin.

### Sleep
- Sleepiness during day.
- Sleepless ness with tremulous tossing about before midnight, roaring in ears, 
unable to close eyes.
- Sudden starting up as from an electric shock at night, while lying awake in bed.
