## Keynote Indications
Eug. like Eucal., produces a st ate of intoxication similar to alcohol. Talk ative, but indolent. 
Excitement soon changing to depression. Characteristic better after uri nation,becomes more cheerful, 
exhilarated, but passing into gloominess again soon after. Nausea, better from smoking. 
Acne rosacea. Acne, simple and indurated. Comedones. The pimples are painful for Some distance around. 
Sufferings occur especially in the evening and at night. An old wound from a thrust became painful again. 
Rheumatic pain wanders from place to place with catarrh.

gnawing pains.
- Whirling before right eye.

### Ears
- Catarrhal otitis.

### Face
- Pimples on the face with painful sensibility of their circumferences.

### Mouth
- Abundant accumulation of frothy an d viscid saliva in the mouth, especially before a meal and when 
talking.
- Nose - Mucus goes from nose into throat.
- Perspiration - Sweats when walking.
- Rectum - Cramp or pinching 
pains in rectum.
- Constipation.
- Urging to stool and colic.
- Tenesmus, urging to stool.
- Loose evacuation, followed 
by vomiting.
- Hemorrhoids bleed copiously for days with great relief of mind and body.
- Scanty evacuation 
of stool, the consistence of pap and sandy, spurting and fetid.
- Very scanty, 
pasty, gritty stool.
- Scanty, hard stool after much pressing,  followed by spasmodic closure of anus.
- Offensive, sputtering stool, without much urging.

### Throat
- At night, violent thirst from dryness low down in throat, so that he did not feel the drink, which also did 
not better the dryness.
- Pain in small spot in region of left corner of hyoid bone.
- Inflamed throat (in catarrhal 
fever).

### Chest
- Catarrh with much mucus and rheu matic pains .
- Rattling in lungs.
- Moist cough without yellowish, 
bloody expectoration in the evening and at night.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Heartburn at night.
- Cramp in orifice of stomach, causing nausea.
- Con tractive, pinching sensation 
deep in stomach.
- Sensation as of cramp in orifice of stomach, which results in nausea.
- Nausea rising up from 
end of esophagus.
- Temperature - Shiverings run over him after urination.
- Coldness, as if the body were naked.
- Perspiration in 
the morning with burning thirst.
- Hot hands.
- Fever, heat before midnight with little thi rst and much sweat.
- Flatulence, rumbling in bowels.
- Colic, with labor-like pains, pressing downward, much urging to stool and to urinate.
- Burning pain in abdomen.

- Nightly cramps in soles of feet (Calc., Cupr..
- Mag-p.).
- Fissures between toes.
- Skin recedes from 
the nails, forming pus.
- Cramp-like and paralytic pains in the tibia and in the heels.
- Hot hands.

### Neck & Back
- Burning, itching in a small spot on back, worse after scratching.
- Sticking pains in back.
- Pain in small of 
back and in calves.
- Aching in sacrum and knees.

### Skin

- Desquamation and suppuration of the skin 
around the nail of the thumb.

### Generalities
- Headache as if a heavy board were lying on right side.
- As of cramp in orifice of stomach, as if a 
ten-pound weight were hanging on rectum and as if everything below would fall out.
