## Keynote Indications
Epip. is a remedy for sick, neurasthenic and nervous headaches, especially in women, 
brought on or made worse by exertion, nervous strain, etc. 
Headaches with pressive pain,  as if finger tips were pressing into the temples inwards or compressive pain 
going backwards, worse until 4 p.m., then better with spitting of viscid saliva and nausea.  
 
 
Neurasthenia. Languid feeling. Drowsy after meals. Tongue coated yellow, bit ter taste. Loose stools. Sub-
involution of the uterus with painful menstruation and congestion.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Betterfrom sleep. Worse from fatigue. Worse nervous strain. Worse eyestrain. Worse working in 
open air. Worse rising up in bed.

## Symptoms by System

### Mind
- Confusion of mind, makes wrong letters or words in writing.
- Fears death from heart palpitations, injury 
to her health from the drug.
- Causations - Physical or nervous overstrain.
- Any unusual exertion or excitement, as going on a visit or doing 
a day's shopping.

### Head
- Nervous headaches.

headache coming on when deviating from ordinary pursuits, weekly sickh eadaches.
- Viscid salivation,  
constant inclination to spit.
- Nervous headaches.
- Pain, worse left side.

- Tongue coated yellow, bitter taste.
- Saliva viscid, almost constant desire to spit.
- Sticky viscid, bitter 
taste in mouth.

### Chest
- Palpitations, causing weakness.
- Limbs - Pain in left shoulder, left knee.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Nausea.
- Teeth - Tartar on teeth.
- COMMENTS - Grimmer noted skin cancers, palpitations with weakness, and a constant desire to spit viscid 
saliva.
- Severe headache brought on by exertion, relieved by a good sleep.
- Symptoms travel right to left.

### Urinary & Genital
- Subinvolution of uterus, with painful menses and congestion.
