With one exception the provers were males. \nThe first symptom noticed was a biting, tingling sensation on the tongue, lips and fauces (Aeon.), with a sense \nof fear and pain about the heart. Febrile symptoms, full head, flushed face and accelerated pulse followed.  \nLanguor was experienced by many provers, and neuralgic, sharp, darting, shifting pains. Marked drowsiness. \nCatarrh of the digestive and respiratory tracts. Griping pains, offensive flatus and loose, yellow ish stool. \nIn two pro vers there was found a diminution of red blood corpuscles after the proving. Chilliness (coldness of \nright leg) and sensitiveness to cold, worse from exposure to cold air. \nA remarkable case of vaccination poisoning is recorded in a man, 45, cured mainly by Echi. in 20-drop doses. \nThe symptoms included an ebbed vitality. He became so weak he could not sit up, his hair fell out. and an \neruption of psoriasis appeared on his limbs that extended to his body. \nThe disease advanced rapidly, the nails fell off. Left iritis supervened and then keratitis of the right eye. Under \nKali-i. and phosphoalbumen as a food, the hair ceased to fall out, but other symptoms became rapidly worse. \nEchi. was now given, and slowly the disease was arrested, then gradual improvement and an ultimate cure \nensued. Fine eruptions \non forehead and cheeks. Neuralgic pain in left upper branch of fifth nerve. Numbness of lips.","Mouth":"Biting, tingling on lips. Corners of mouth and lips crack. Canker sores. Aph thae. Gums recede and \nbleed easily. Dry sensation in back part of mouth. Metallic taste. Bad taste in the mouth in the morning. Burning, \npeppery taste when taking remedy. Abdomen tender, sensitive and tympanitic. Pain in right hypochondrium. Appendicitis. Pain about \numbilicus, better \nby bending double. Cramping pain better passing flatus.
