## Keynote Indications
Cobaltum is useful for neurasthenic states of spinal origin with sexual disturbances. Affects 
the spine, lumbarregion, genitals, kidneys and bones. Fatigue, agitation and bone pains, worse in morning. 
Aching in bones. Soreness. 
Characteristic very severe backache, worse sitting, better rising up, walking or lying down. Backach e with 
seminal emissions. Discharges frothy. Sourness of taste, stomach, foot, sweat etc. Fatigue.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better from hawking mucus. Better continued motion. Better walking. Worse from sexual losses. 
Worse lying down. Worse rising from sitting. Worse sitting. Worse morning. Worse heatof bed or sun. Cold air 
causes lachrymation and aggravates pain in teeth. Warmth of bed causes itching all over. Jarring aggravates 
headache.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Sour or bitter water rises up with pain in stomach.

### Urinary & Genital
