## Keynote Indications
Brachyglottis was proved byC. L. Fischer. A large number of symptoms were produced in 
all regions of the body, but few have been tested clinically. 
Kidney and bladder symptoms predomi nate. Bright's disease. Produces symptoms of albuminuria. Urgency 
in passing urine, pain in neck of bladder. Pain in bladder after urinating. Pain in urethra a nd stinging in penis. 
A large quantity of pale-colored urine voided of low specific gravity and containing albumen.  
Causes lassitude, weakness, and flesh loss. Fluttering sensation (Calad.). Throbbing pains. Pains in back 
and limbs. Oppression of chest. Writer's cramp. Chilliness predominates. Itching in ears and nostrils. 
Dysmenorrhea with fluttering in abdomen, right ovary has been cured with it.

## Symptoms by System

### Vertigo
- Vertigo with flushed face.
- Vertigo with pain in forehead.

### Head
- Cold sensation and tightness about scalp.
- Throbbing in left temple.
- Headache over left or right eye.
- Headache and faceache become very severe and prevent sleep during night.
- Kidneys - Bright’s disease.
- Nephritis.
- Urine contains mucous, cells, albumen and casts.
- Passing urine 
preceded by pains in bowels.
- Urine abundant, contains mucus and albumen.

### Eyes

### Ears

### Face
- Twitching in left side of face (evening).
- Soreness right zygomatic process.
- Flushed face.
- Face ache left 
side, submaxillary glands affected.

### Mouth
- Pain, numbness, pricking, soreness of tongue.
- Heat in mouth.
- Toothache right side.
- Nose - Nostrils, sore, itching.
- Irritation in nose.

### Throat
- Soreness, rawness, scraping in throat, worse by swallowing.

### Chest
- Pains flying about chest and precordial region.
- Throbbing in sternum.
- Oppression of breathing, better by sighing.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Nausea in stomach.
- Fluttering.
- Soreness in evening.
- Throbbing in stom ach.
- right side.
- Temerature - Chilliness and shivering.
- Coldness of hands and feet.
- Nervous chills.
- Isolated throbbing in left groin.
- Fluttering sensation in abdomen.
- Feeling as if something rolling 
about.

### Urinary & Genital
- Throbbing in penis and desire to pass urine, pressure in bladder.
- Fluttering in region of ovary.
- Dysmenorrhea with fluttering in abdomen and right ovary.

### Extremities
- Great weakness in limbs, weariness and prostration.
- Cramp in fingers, thumb and wrist when writing, 
soreness extending along flexor carpi ulnaris.

### Neck & Back
- First dorsal vertebra sore to touch.
- Cutting under left shoulder.
- Aching in lumbar region.
- Isolated 
throbbing in right side of back.
- Feeling as if whole back would contract backward and muscles of neck were 
affected.
- Bladder - Cystitis.
- Sense of swashing in bladder.
- Pressure in neck of bladder, urging to urinate.
- Soreness in 
urethra, feeling as if urine could not be retained.

### Sleep
- Great sleepiness during day with constant yawning.
- Restless and sleepless  nights.
- Talking in sleep.
- Sleeplessness after waking.
- Confused dreams.
- Full of dreams.
