The patient is usually constipated.\nThere is frequent urinat ion and the urine is de ep coloured and has a\nfoul, pungent odour.  Sometimes, th e tongue becomes swollen and\nprotrudes out of the mout h.  It trembles and speech is difficult.  There\nare symptoms of numbness and weakness.\n\nWomen who go into menopause prematurely will benefit from\nAbsinthium.  It will reinstate their menstrual cycle if other basic\nfeatures of Absinthium are also present.\n\nThere is a heaviness in the chest  over the area of the heart.  The\nheartbeat is rapid but irregular.  Th e throat feels scalded, sore and\nswollen, and the person feels as if a ball is stuck in the throat.
